Job Responsibilities

  • Develops annual corporate marketing plan for increasing and maintaining high level of revenue for the company
  • Identifies, locates, proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of business with company strategies and operations exanimating risks and potentials
  • Prepare annual sales’ goals, develops working plan to carry out goals, compares actual achievements against goals periodically and take necessary corrective actions
  • Prepare of Monthly Sales Activities Report, Market Analysis report etc to the Management
  • Coordinates with departments concerned in the handling of guests’ inquiries, requests and complaints
  • Pay visit to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering contracts with them
  • Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the operations offered corresponds effectively to their requests

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development/ Sales/ Marketing
  • A hand-on person who is resourceful, well organised and meticulous with an eye for detail and able to meet tight deadline
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strategic business developer with outstanding sales track record and with excellent customer service attitude
  • Must be able to work under pressure and have the ability to make appropriate decisions based on operational needs
  • Able to work independently and proficient in multi-tasking.
