Management Trainee (Operations Excellence & Training )

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for Training and Development of the organization
  • Training administration including course registration, submission of training grants, training need analysis, training plan, etc
  • Work closely with training providers and in-house trainers for course registration
  • Responsible for managing training system
  • Responsible for maintaining proper documentation of training records
  • Monitor and evacuate the effectiveness of the training and ensure that it meets the development goals of the employees and departments
  • Work closely with finance team and process of course registration fees
  • Monitor submission of pre and post training
  • Administer training bonds
  • Administer companies’ funding/ grants

Job Requirements: 

  • Min Nitec/Higher Nitec in Business related fields
  • Possesses with relevant experience is an added advantage
