Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, calibrate and test car park systems.
  • Able to read and understand mechanical and/or electrical diagram.
  • Provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of car park systems.
  • Termination of different types of electrical, communication & fiber cables.
  • Plan maintenance and service job schedule.
  • Liaise with customers on jobs assigned and carry out daily jobs as instructed.
  • Carry out instructions by superior or any tasks as assigned.
  • Provide end-user training.
  • To implement correct working methods, use correct tools and adhere to safety rules.
  • Ordering and collection of parts for service jobs.

Job Requirements

  • ITE / Diploma in Electrical/Electronic.
  • Class 3 driving license.
  • 2 years of working experience in networking, servicing and maintenance of car park systems.
  • Possess strong¬†inter-personal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.
  • Mature, pro-active working attitude and team player.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
  • Background in car park system, CCTV, alarm system, access control system is preferred.
